Instructions
Step 1
Poach the eggs in boiling water, making sure they are fully drained once done.
Step 2
Toast the tortillas flat until crispy then set aside.
Step 3
In a small bowl, using a fork mash the avocado along with the lime juice, then season.
Step 4
Spread the mashed avocado on each of the tostadas. Top with the tomatoes.
Step 5
Place each poached egg onto the loaded tostadas.
Step 6
Serve with the seasoning and sriracha (if desired).
