Step 1

Put ricotta, salt, cream and 2 eggs in bowl.
Lightly butter 3 sheets of pastry oneontop of the other. Then add thin layer of cheese mix, spread evenly.
Roll, then roll into a spiral and put in the middle of a round pan.
Continue with thw rest following the spiral to fill the pan.
Spread crust mixture over the top.
Oven at 180° for 45mims - golden
