Instructions
Step 1
Place the oats in the bottom of the blender and pour the apple juice over them. Let it sit for 1–2 minutes while you slice the pear.
Step 2
Add the sliced pear and half a banana.
Step 3
Squeeze in the lemon juice, then sprinkle with ginger and cinnamon.
Step 4
Blend on the highest setting for at least 1 minute. Because of the pear’s fibers, it’s important to blend thoroughly to make it really smooth.
