Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
Mash the bananas.
Step 3
Add eggs, milk, vanilla, honey, and cinnamon.
Step 4
Stir in the oats and chocolate chips.
Step 5
Add the bread cubes and let them soak for about 5 minutes.
Step 6
Divide the mixture into a muffin tray.
Step 7
Fill the muffin cups almost to the top so they stay soft and fluffy. Bake until the tops are slightly golden. Once cooled place into freezer bags
