Instructions
Step 1
Chop and boil chicken breast (skip step if making a "sauce for dish").
Step 2
Chop green bell pepper and pimento.
Step 3
Add butter, mushrooms, and pepper into a pot and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4
Lower heat and stir in flour (1/2 cup), salt, and black pepper for a few minutes.
Step 5
Increase heat again and add milk (1.5 cups), water (1.25 cups), and chicken stock powder (1.5 tsps) and stir until boiling.
Step 6
Add chicken and pimento and stir.
