mince garlic and onion

remove stems from spinach and chop into small pieces

cut chicken into small cubes
Step 4
fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil
Step 5
add noodles
Step 6
spray skillet with olive oil and begin to cook onion and garlic on low-medium heat
Step 7
add chicken and seasoning to your liking with Lawry's
Step 8
let chicken cook until no longer pink, spraying more olive oil if needed then add spinach
Step 9
once noodles are cooked strain and rinse with warm water
Step 10
place back in pot, rinsing off film first, then add dairy-free milk and "cheese" powder packet
Step 11
mix together
Step 12
add half of "mac & cheese" and half of chicken mix to a bowl
Step 13
add 1-2 tbsp buffalo sauce and enjoy!
