Instructions

Step 1
Melt butter let cool but not set
Step 2
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar well together, then mix in zest till incorporated.
Step 3
In another bowl whisk egg, orange juice and milk together. Once incorporated whisk in butter. whisk well.
Step 4
Pour egg mixture into flour mixture, mix with fork or dutch whisk till just incorporated do not over mix. should be a bit lumbp but wet all over.
Step 5
Gently mix in berries if using.
Step 6
Preheat over gas 6 (my airfryer 180 12 min) Oven about 25 min or till toothpick comes out clean and top is browned
