Instructions

Step 1
Oil and salt outside of potatoes, then bake in oven at 350 until cooked through.
Step 2
While potatoes are baking, pan fry chicken with herbs of your choice, and prepare white sauce by making your roux and adding your cream cheese, herbs and milk. Stir until thickened.
Step 3
Once potatoes are cooked through, cut open in cross formation and squeeze corners to reveal the inside of the potatoes. Use a fork to mix some of the butter and herbs into the potatoes.
Step 4
Once the butter and herbs are incorporated, layer cheese, then chicken, then more cheese. Top with white sauce then toasted bread crumbs.
Step 5
Return tray to oven and cook until cheese is melted and warmed/crisped to your preference.
