2 inches from top removed and discarded, thinly sliced and soaked in cold water for a few minutes, rinsed and dirt removed
1.5 poundsbutton mushrooms
sliced
1 stickbutter
1 teaspoonfresh rosemary
minced
2 teaspoonsminced garlic
1 ouncesherry
¼ tablespoonkosher salt
½ teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
In a deep skillet, combine leeks and remaining ingredients, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes over medium heat until most of the liquid has evaporated. Don’t overcook!
