This is an asian inspired dish using lemon grass sausage, garlic butter mushrooms, steamed onions, broccoli and bean sprouts served over a bed of rice.

Instructions

Step 1
Cut sausage into 1 inch sections and cook on medium low until brown. In a seperate pan cook your mushroom slices in butter and olive oil on med high heat. Once mushrooms are cooked, add onions broccoli and bean sprouts to the same pan and reduce heat to med low. In a pot boil your water and rice until done, fluff with a fork. Once assembled on a plate or bowl add on soy sauce to taste. Optional: use chicken stock for more flavorful rice.
