Instructions

Step 1
Place 1 egg, 3 tablespoons sugar, 3 tablespoons of seed oil (from rice for more neutral flavor) and some liquor (to add extra taste, rum and grappa work well) in a bowl and stir until the liquid is homogeneous. Add rice flour until dense. Add (vegetable) milk until liquid. The dough should drip from the fork/whisk but not be too liquid. Poor the dough in a pan a bit at the time and cook on both sides. It should be 1mm thick or less. If the thickness is right, around 1-2 minutes cooking time should be enough. The palačinka should be only slightly brownish. If you overcook it, it will become too hard and brittle as it cools down.
