Instructions

Step 1
In a skillet, cook ground beef & italian sausage,once browned and cooked though, drain and set aside.
Step 2
In same skillet, cook onion until softened and slightly browned. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 min or so.
Step 3
Add Marinara sauce, beef broth, & tomato paste and stir.
Step 4
Stir in garlic power, onion power, oregano, red pepper flake, fresh parsley & basil + salt & pepper to taste. Stir until well combined and heated through.
Step 5
Add back in the cooked ground meat and simmer for 5 mins on med low heat .
Step 6
In a mixing bowl, add ricotta cheese, eggs, parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Stir until combinded
Step 7
Spoon a layer of the meat mixture onto the bottom of a slow cooker.
Step 8
Add a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles, breaking noodles to fit into cooker as needed.
Step 9
Top noodles with a portion of cheese mixture, the sprinkle with Mozzerella cheese.
Step 10
Repeat the layering of sauce, noodles, and cheese until all the ingredients are used.
Step 11
Cover and cook on Low until lasagna noodles are tender, about 4 to 6 hours.
