Step 1
BLUE CHEESE SAUCE 1. Crumble the Stilton into a blender. 2. Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, olive oil and pepper and blend until smooth

BUFFALO SAUCE 1.Crumble the Stilton into a blender.
2. Add the Franks hot sauce and blend until smooth.

SEASONED FLOUR 1. Place the flour, salt, garlic powder and cayenne pepper into a clean bowl and mix together.

CHICKEN WINGS

1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
Step 6
2. Cut the tips of the chicken wings off.
Step 7
3. Cut the prime centre of the chicken wing in half.

4. Place the seasoned flour into a clean bowl.

5. Add the chicken wings and coat well.

6. Place onto a lined baking tray.

7. Place into a preheated oven at 200°C for 10 minutes until cooked through and juices run clear.

8. Place the buffalo sauce into a clean bowl.

9. Add the cooked chicken wings to the sauce and toss through.

10. Place into a dish, dress with blue cheese dressing before serving.
