Zach Coen Corned Beef Hash Breakfast Casserole
A quick and easy meal prep breakfast casserole using shelf-stable items, featuring canned corned beef and hash browns.

Ingredients:
Frozen obrian potatoes
Seasoning vegetable blend
2 12oz can corned beef
8 ounce can of tomato sauce
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt to taste
6 Eggs
Cheese of choice (extra sharp cheddar recommended)
Pepper to preference
Instructions:
1. Thaw hash browns and vegetables in the microwave.
2. Dump the thawed hash browns and vegetables into a 9 by 13 casserole dish.
3. Open cans of corned beef and toss the meat into the casserole dish.
4. Add the 8 ounce can of tomato sauce.
5. Break up the corned beef and mix everything together.
6. Add garlic powder and onion powder, then mix one more time.
7. Spread the mixture out evenly in the casserole dish.
8. Pop it in the oven on 375 degrees.
9. After 30 minutes, take the dish out of the oven.
10. Use a spoon to make six little hollows for the eggs.
11. Sprinkle on your cheese of choice.
12. Place one egg into each hollow.
13. Put the casserole back in the oven on 375 degrees.
14. Once the eggs are cooked to your liking, take the casserole out of the oven.
15. Give it a taste and add salt and pepper to preference.
16. Divide into six servings.
