Step 1
Chop squash and add it to the baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add splash of water to sheet. Cover with aluminum and bake at 350°
Step 2
Blend eggs, cottage cheese, and seasoning. Pour onto parchment paper on baking sheet in a circle and spread slightly. Bake for 30 min, but keep an eye on it
Step 3
Assemble wrap
