Instructions
Step 1
Blend 200g of chickpeas with roughly 70g of peanut butter and 80-100g of brown sugar with a mixer.
Step 2
Add a few grams of baking powder, the chicolate chips and stir with a spoon.
Step 3
Add some flour to increase the density of the dough. Some flour helps the cookies not collapse into flat discs in the oven and have more texture when cooked
Step 4
Cook at 180C for ca. 10-15 minutes.
