Instructions

Step 1
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix melted butter and ranch seasoning, then pour over the chicken.
Step 3
Add the carrots and potatoes around the chicken, making sure they’re coated in the butter mix.
Step 4
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 5
Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
