Instructions
Step 1

Line the bottom of a pot with your mushrooms
Step 2

Place your tofu on top and slice in the pan
Step 3
Add 1.5 Tbsp soy sauce
0.5 tbsp chilli crisp
2 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp of your broth powder into 2tbsp water
Add to a bowl and mix
Step 4
Pour seasoning mix into the pan
Step 5
Steam on low for 5-6 minutes
Step 6
Chop a spring onion and add on top. Enjoy !!
