1 cupunsalted butter
softened
1 ¼ cupbrown sugar
¼ cupgranulated sugar
½ cupcreamy peanut butter
2eggs

250gall-purpose flour
1 cupold-fashioned oats
1 tspbaking soda
1 tspcornstarch
¾ tspsalt
1 Tbspdry milk powder

Instructions
Step 1
Cream butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar for 2–3 minutes.
Step 2
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Step 3
Add vanilla.
Step 4
In another bowl, whisk together flour, oats, baking soda, cornstarch, salt, and powdered milk, if using.
Step 5
Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients just until combined.
Step 6
Fold in chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and caramel bits.
Step 7
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
Step 8
Preheat oven to 350°F. Scoop 2-tablespoon portions onto a cookie sheet, 3 inches apart. Bake 9 minutes. The centers should still look slightly underdone when you pull them. Let them rest on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before moving.
