Step 1
Melt the butter and sauté the onion

Add peas and carrots and mix
Step 3
Add spices and garlic and mix
Step 4
Add tomatoes, tomato paste and mix
Step 5
Add water and bring to a boil on medium high heat
Step 6
Once boiling, add chili and turn heat down to medium low and simmer while covered for 15 minutes.
Serve with white rice
