Step 1
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot.

2. Sauté the onion, garlic, and chili for 3–4 minutes.

3. Add the peppers, cabbage, broccoli, and spinach.

4. Pour in enough water to cover the vegetables and add the fish stock cube.

5. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10–15 minutes.

6. Add the cod/pollock and cook for another 5–8 minutes, until the fish flakes easily.
