Instructions

Step 1
1. Cream butter and sugar together.
Step 2
2. Add eggs one at a time.
Step 3
3. Add vanilla, lemon juice, and rind.
Step 4
4. Mix together flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
Step 5
5. Alternately add flour mixture and milk to the butter and egg mixture.
Step 6
6. Fold in blueberries.
Step 7
7. Spoon dough into buttered muffin pan.
Step 8
8. Bake at 350 F for 25–30 minutes.
