Decadent Slutty Brookie Layered Poke Cake
A rich three-layer dessert with brownie, cookie, and chocolate cake, filled with creamy cheesecake-style layer and poked with condensed milk and warm hot fudge, then topped with Cool Whip.

For the Cake
1 boxbrownie mix

1 boxchocolate chip cookie mix

1 boxchocolate cake mix

8 ozcream cheese
softened
½ cuppowdered sugar
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
1 ½ cupswhipped topping
Cool Whip
½ cupOreo cookies
crushed, optional, for texture
Filling
For the Poke
1 x 14 ozcan sweetened condensed milk
1 x 12 ozhot fudge sauce
warmed
1 x 8 ozwhipped topping
container, Cool Whip
½ cupcrushed oreo cookies
½ cupmini chocolate chips
chocolate drizzle

Instructions

1. Bake the Layers:

Prepare the brownie mix, cookie mix, and chocolate cake mix according to their package instructions in separate pans.

Allow all layers to cool completely.

2. Prepare the Creamy Filling:

In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.

Stir in the crushed Oreos if using.

3. Assemble the Cake Base:

In a 9x13-inch baking dish, place the brownie layer on the bottom.

Spread half of the creamy filling evenly over the brownies.

Place the cookie layer on top of the creamy filling. Spread the remaining creamy filling over the cookie layer.

Use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes evenly across the top chocolate cake layer.

Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cake, letting it seep into the holes.
