Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 9 x 13" baking dish.
Step 2
Combine cake mix, water, three eggs and oil in a large bowl: be with an electric mixer into well combined, about two minutes. Pour batter into prepared baking dish. Set aside.
Step 3
To make the ricotta cheese layer: combine ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla, and remaining four eggs in a separate bowl; blend well. Spread ricotta mixture evenly over the top of the cake batter.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven until or toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about an hour and 15 minutes of using a glass, baking dish, or one and a half hours of using a metal pan. Allow cake to cool completely before topping.
Step 5
To make the topping: blend pudding mix and milk until thickened. Blend in whipped topping spread over Cooled cake.
