Instructions
Step 1
Chop all vegetables.
Step 2
In a skillet, add avocado oil, onions, bell pepper, garlic, other vegetables, and cook until softened.
Step 3
Add beef. Cook thoroughly and drain grease.
Step 4
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Cook for about 5 minutes, until sauce thickens.
Step 6
Serve on warmed or toasted rolls/buns.
