Step 1
Cut the honey ham into cubes

Add all the ingredients (and the ham) into a bowl and whisk,

Then put your pan on medium high and add your butter or tallow, unless your pan is already nonstick although you might still want to put a little oil even if your pan is nonstick.
Step 4
Then add the omelet in the pan and wait until tiny bubbles start forming and flip it or if you have a nonstick pan then just whisk it around in there with a spatula,

And serve it in a bowl or plate which ever one you want,
