“French toast” buns

Instructions

Step 1
Cut up the hotdog buns in quarters. Alternatively you can also use brioche bun or white bread
Step 2
Whisk the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon and sugar together until fully combined
Step 3
Dip the bread of choice in the mixture and tap off the excess. You don’t need to leave it to soak.
Step 4
Melt some butter on a pan and place the pieces on one by one. Keep the flame on low to medium and turn the bread until all sides are toasted and golden
Step 5
Optional: you can mix 3 tsp sugar with 1 tsp cinnamon powder and coat the french toast in it and top with favourite fruits/berries.
Step 6
I used melted chocolate spread on top. You can also use melted nutella, biscoff, caramel or honey on top based on preference
