Instructions

Step 1
Cook 1 cup of rice in 1 cup of water
Step 2
Frying pan, cook onion and 2 garlic cloves in butter until brown (optional: add carrots, mushrooms)
Step 3
Boil corn in separate pot
Step 4
Once beef is brown, add 1 large or 2 smaller cans of diced tomatoes with salt and pepper, simmer to evaporate liquid (optional: add oregano, thyme)
