Instructions
Step 1
In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove to paper towels to drain.
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk, cheese, sour cream, onions, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Crumble bacon, and sprinkle on top.
Step 4
Bake, uncovered, at 325°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Step 5
Let stand for 5 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
