Step 1
Heat olive oil to medium in a saucepan and brown the chicken on each side, about 10ish minutes. Make a space in the center of the pan and add the garlic, sundried tomatoes, red pepper, garlic scapes and herbs. Stir 1 minute then add the broth to de-glaze the pan. Add kale and simmer on low for 10 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and has an internal temperature of 165°F. Pour in the cream, add the parmesan and a pinch of chili powder and simmer again on medium low to heat through and slightly thicken. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve.
