Instructions

Step 1
1. Put all the burger ingredients (apart from the olive oil) in a mixing bowl and mix together well with clean hands.
Step 2
2. Divide into 2 burger patties and put on squares of baking paper on a plate. Chill for 1 hour to firm them up, making them easier to cook.
Step 3
3. When ready to cook, heat a teaspoon of olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. When hot add the burgers and cook for about 1 minute on each side to seal them. Continue to cook, turning occasionally until cooked through.
Step 4
4. While the burgers are cooking, prepare your buns with whatever salad, sauces etc you like.
Step 5
5. Put a burger on each prepared bun and serve.
