Step 1
Mix the horseradish cream: In a small bowl, stir together the sour cream, horseradish sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until completely smooth.
Step 2
Lay out the base: Lay your regular flour tortilla flat on the counter. (If you prefer using cucumbers, hollow them out into boats and dry them with a paper towel first)
Step 3
Spread the cream: Use a butter knife to spread a thick layer of your seasoned horseradish cream right down the center of the tortilla. (If using a pre-made Gouda cheese spread instead of sliced cheese, mix the horseradish seasonings right into that spread and use it here!)
Step 4
Layer the Gouda & Roast Beef: Lay your Gouda cheese slices flat over the cream spread. Layer your Buddig roast beef slices (stack 3 or 4 together for a hearty bite) right on top of the cheese.
Step 5
Roll and serve: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly into a wrap. Slice it in half and enjoy a cool, zesty dinner.
