Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta according to box instructions. Remember to save 1/2 cup pasta water for later.
Step 2
Cook bacon until crispy. Set aside, crumble into smaller pieces, and remove most of the oil from the pan. Add tomatoes to the pan and cook until soft.
Step 3
Add onion and crush all of the tomatoes with the back of a spoon. Add garlic and cook until onions and garlic are cooked.
Step 4
Add heavy cream, milk, and Parmesan. Cook on high heat until the sauce has thickened and Parmesan has melted.
Step 5
Add pasta water and cook for another couple of minutes. Add bacon and pasta and remove from heat.
