1. Season and brown the chicken (doesn’t have to be cooked all the way)

2. In the pot you browned the chicken in, whisk together the rest of the ingredients

3. Add the chicken back in and simmer until chicken is done (like 20-30 minutes) usually let it cook until my rice is done and by that time the chicken is fully cooked
