Instructions
Step 1
Using boiling water and an ice bath, skin the tomatoes
Step 2
Using a vegetable chopper, dice the tomatoes into small cubes
Step 3
Do the same with the peppers
Step 4
Combine all ingredients, except the lemon juice, into a big bowl and mix well.
Step 5
Can in small mason jars, adding 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to each jar.
