Instructions
Step 1
1. Wash and cut vegetables.
Step 2
2. Boil tomatillos, serrano chiles, onion, and garlic cloves for 10 minutes or until the tomatillos have turned a dark green color.

3. In a blender, add the boiled vegetables, handful of cilantro, 1 tbsp salt (or chicken bouillon), and 1/2 cup of low sodium chicken broth (or water from the boiled vegetables).
Step 4
4. Blend well and add seasonings to taste.

5. Enjoy in a variety of dishes - chilaquiles, guisados, etc.
