Healthy Edible Cookie Dough Recipe
Safe to eat raw, high in protein, and tastes like classic chocolate chip cookie dough
* Protein: 7 to 9 g
* Fiber: 4 to 5 g
* Added sugar: Much lower than most store bought cookie dough
* Healthy fats from almonds and nut butter

Ingredients
4 servings
1 cupalmond flour
heat treated isn’t necessary since almond flour is safe to eat raw
¼ cuppeanut butter
creamy natural, or almond butter
2 Tbspmaple syrup
or honey, adjust to taste
1 tspvanilla extract
¼ tspsea salt
2 Tbspunsweetened soy milk
or your favorite plant milk
¼ cupdark chocolate chips
70% or higher if you like less sweetness
Instructions
Step 1
1. Stir together the almond flour and salt.
Step 2
2. Mix in the nut butter, maple syrup (or honey), and vanilla.
Step 3
3. Add soy milk one tablespoon at a time until it reaches a soft cookie dough consistency.
Step 4
4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Step 5
5. Chill for about 15 minutes for the best texture, or enjoy immediately.
