Instructions
Step 1
Take core out of cabbage and blanch to loosen leaves.
Step 2
Remove leaves from cabbage and set aside. In a mixing bowl add ground meat, package of seasoned rice pilaf, diced bell peppers, diced mushrooms of choice, diced onion, salt, pepper, garlic, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning to preference. Mix and blend thoroughly.
Step 3
Taking a cabbage leaf, stuff leaf with meat mixture. Roll and secure with a toothpick. Add to crockpot. Repeat until all of meat mixture has been used. Add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic, onion, smoked paprika and beef broth. Make sure beef broth completely covers the stuffed cabbage. (Alternatively can use beef bullion and water.) (Another alternative is to do a dump, shredding all of the ingredients into bite size pieces. Alternatively can add tomato or tomato sauce.)(Another alternative is adding vegetables or dried vegetables) Cook until cabbage is clear and tender, meat should be cooked. Remove toothpicks on plate before eating. Enjoy!
