300gfrozen mixed berries
1 ½ tspcornflour
1 ½ tsphoney
optional
½ tspvanilla extract
¼ tspground cinnamon
0.25lemon
Zest of, optional

50grolled oats
30gground almonds
20gflaked almonds
1 Tbspwholemeal flour
or oat flour, optional
½ tspground cinnamon
salt
1 Tbsphoney
1 ½ Tbspcoconut oil
melted
½ tspvanilla extract
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan).
Step 2
2. Mix the frozen berries with the cornflour, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and lemon zest. Place in a small baking dish.
Step 3
3. In another bowl, combine the oats, ground almonds, flaked almonds, flour (if using), cinnamon and salt.
Step 4
4. Stir in the melted coconut oil, honey and vanilla until the mixture forms chunky crumbs.
Step 5
5. Sprinkle evenly over the berries.
Step 6
6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the topping is golden and the fruit is bubbling.
Step 7
7. Leave to stand for 10–15 minutes before serving.
