Low-Histamine Five Guys-Style Fry Seasoning Copycat
Five Guys fries have that salty, savory, slightly oniony, peppery “boardwalk fry” flavor. The tricky part for a low-histamine version is avoiding paprika, cayenne, vinegar powder, maltodextrin/flavor enhancers, and yeast extract that often show up in commercial fry seasonings.
