Basically you need a combination of one fourth raspberries, one fourth blackberries and 2 fourths blueberries. Then half the total berries weight in sugar. If the berries are not very sweet add 50gr or so of sugar.

Instructions

Step 1
Place berries and sugar in a saucepan, mix together and let this sit for about 30mns.
Step 2
Cook for 30 mns on medium low, stirring once in a while. If you have a sugar thermometer bring the mixture to 218 F. Add the lemon juice towards the end of cooking time.
Step 3
Meanwhile, bring some water to a boil and plunge your jars and lids in the boiling water to sterilize jars.
Step 4
Using an immersion blender, puree the berries briefly, leaving a few chunks of fruit for a more interesting texture.
Step 5
Transfer jam in prepared jars. The jam will keep 2 months in the refrigerator.
