Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Cook ziti until very tender. Drain well.
Step 3
Heat garlic-infused olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat.

Add spinach and cook until completely wilted and soft.
Step 5
Add milk and cream. Heat gently without boiling.
Step 6
Add Boursin and stir until completely smooth.
Step 7
Add mozzarella and Parmesan. Stir until melted.
Step 8
Add cooked pasta and gently toss until thoroughly coated.
Step 9
Transfer to a lightly greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 10
Bake uncovered for 15–20 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Step 11
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
