Instructions

Step 1
Take equal amounts of all three lentils and soak them overnight
Step 2
In the morning ,in the cooker add water that can submerge the lentils but not too much ,add bay leaf ,turmeric powder ,salt ,and the soaked lentils Cook it for 2-3 whistles
Step 3
After that add kacha doodh in cooker (1 glass if its 500 gm total lentils) and let it cook on slow flame. You can also cook it on high flame if the rajma is still raw before adding milk
Step 4
Grind the tomatoes, green chilly ,and a small piece of ginger in a very smooth paste (you can saute the tomatoes to peel it if you want)
Step 5
In a pan add ghee ,jeera,kasturi methi and pour the tomato paste and let it cook ,once it leaves the ghee add coriander powder,red chilli powder and cook it
Step 6
Add the tomato paste in the cooker ,than add garam masala,salt,chaat masala,mix and let it sinmer of low flame for 10-15 minutes or until it thickens
Step 7
Switch off the gas add a liitle bit more garam masala,cream,butter (dont mix ) cover the cooker and let it be for another 10 minutes After that open the lid ,mix it well and serve
