Ingredients

½ cupunsweetened cocoa powder
½ cupgranulated monk fruit sweetener
½ cupgluten-free flour
1-to-1
2eggs

¼ cupbutter
melted
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
½ teaspoonbaking powder
¼ teaspoonsalt
2 tablespoonsunsweetened lactose-free milk
or almond milk
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
2. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

3. Whisk together the melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk.
Step 4
4. Add cocoa powder, monk fruit, gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
Step 5
5. Stir just until combined. Don't over mix.
Step 6
6. Spread into the prepared pan.
Step 7
7. Bake for 18–22 minutes. The center should still look slightly soft.
Step 8
8. Cool completely before cutting for the fuggiest texture.
