Instructions
Step 1
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.

2. Add frozen diced potatoes directly to the skillet. Season with about half of the garlic powder and onion powder, plus salt and pepper.

3. Cook for 12–18 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and browned.

4. In a separate skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Drain excess grease if necessary.

5. Season the beef with the remaining garlic powder and onion powder, plus salt and pepper.

6. Divide the potatoes evenly among 3 meal-prep containers.

7. Divide the ground beef evenly over the potatoes.

8. Top each serving with 1/4 cup shredded cheddar.

9. Refrigerate the pickles, ketchup and mustard separately if possible.

10. Reheat the beef, potatoes and cheese, then add pickles, ketchup and mustard before eating.
