A rich and comforting baked tortellini casserole made with Italian sausage, cheese tortellini, fresh spinach, and a creamy Garlic & Fine Herbs Boursin sauce. 1 ½ cupsshredded mozzarella

5 ozfresh baby spinach
½ tspitalian seasoning

red pepper flakes
⅓ cuppanko
1 Tbspbutter

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
Step 2
Brown the sausage in a large skillet, breaking it into bite-sized crumbles. Drain excess grease and transfer the sausage to the baking dish.
Step 3
Cook the tortellini for only about half the package cooking time. You want it noticeably underdone because it'll finish cooking in the oven. Drain and add to the casserole dish.
Step 4
In the same skillet, melt 1 tbsp butter and cook the garlic for about 30 seconds. Reduce the heat and add: 1 cup heavy cream, ¾ cup chicken broth, the entire package of Boursin. Stir until the Boursin has melted and the sauce is smooth.
Step 5
Stir in ½ cup Parmesan, ½ cup mozzarella, Italian seasoning and black pepper. Once the cheese melts, add the fresh spinach. You only need to stir it until it just begins to wilt.
Step 6
Pour the sauce over the sausage and tortellini and gently mix everything together.
Step 7
Top with the remaining 1 cup mozzarella. For a little crunch, combine the panko with melted butter and sprinkle that over the mozzarella.
Step 8
Bake uncovered for about 20–25 minutes, until bubbling around the edges and lightly browned. If you want more color, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
Step 9
Let it sit 5–10 minutes before serving. The sauce will thicken considerably as it rests.
