Instructions
Step 1
1. Separate egg whites and yolks
2. Beat egg whites until they form soft peaks.
3. Add sugar to egg yolk and whisk 4. Add mascarpone and whisk until creamy.
5. Combine eggs whites and mix again
6. Dip each side of a biscuit into coffee for three seconds.
7. Break into 2 and layer in the bottom of a glass. 8. Add 2x table spoons of cream. 9. Sprinkle cocoa on top 10. Cool down for 6hrs Enjoy!
