Instructions

Step 1
Take one and a half cups dry rice, and cook in rice cooker
Step 2
Cut the green pepper into 1 in pieces, slice the scallions, finely chop the ginger and press the garlic. And if including them chop the peanuts
Step 3
Add oil to the pan on medium heat. And bell peppers scallions ginger and garlic. Saute for four to six minutes.
Step 4
Add the beef to the pan season with salt and pepper cook breaking up the meat into pieces until Brown and cook through 4 to 5 minutes. You can remove excess Grease if you wish

And the sweet soy glaze to the beef mixture season with salt and pepper stir in one tablespoon of butter. Turn off the heat

Fluff the rice with a fork season with salt to taste. Top the rice with the beef mixture sprinkle with peanuts.
