Miso Glazed Salmon 👌 5 ingredients, super easy to make and one you’ll make time and time again!
Serves 2-3
▪️2 Tbsp miso paste (I use white)
▪️1 Tbsp tamari (or soy sauce if not gluten-free)
▪️1 Tbsp maple syrup
▪️1 Tbsp olive oil
▪️500g salmon
1️⃣Firstly, mix together the miso paste + tamari + maple syrup + olive oil together in a bowl
2️⃣Coat both sides of the salmon fillets and place in the fridge for 30-60 minutes to marinade
3️⃣Air fry for 8 minutes at 205C or bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 200C

➡️What is Tamari? It’s a gluten-free version of soy sauce
➡️What if I am not gluten-free? Simply swap tamari for soy sauce
➡️Can I use this miso glaze on other things? Absolutely, you could use it on other fish such as cod or even tofu
