Step 1
Soak sliced turkey breast in water vinegar and salt for 20 minutes .

vinegar1 tsp

In a large bowl mix flour spices herbs and powdered sugar to combine . Heat oil in a pan on medium heat

Step 3
Get another bowl of clean water then take the turkey breast out of the vinegar water and dip it into the regular water . Coat it in the flour mixture then dip in the regular water again and back into the flour for a second coating . Fry in the oil about 5 minutes a side or until golden and crispy
